A true Floridian, Marilyn was born in Tampa, raised in Brandon and is raising her own family in Ruskin. Her insider knowledge of the surrounding areas, coupled with her expertise in negotiations, gives her quite the advantage over her Real Estate competitors. Some of her real estate experience includes luxury, vacant land, and new construction deals. Prior to Real Estate, Marilyn worked for a local retirement planning firm for ten years. She started as a copy clerk and worked her way up to the office manager position. During that time, she joined the Greater Riverview Chamber of Commerce where she served on the annual golf tournament planning committee for three years. After eight years with the company she went to school and earned her license for Life, Health and Variable annuities and became an agent herself.
During her off time, you can usually find her spending time with her husband and two daughters. As a family, they enjoy the true Florida lifestyle. Whether it's lunch or dinner at one of the many waterfront restaurants or a day on the boat, they are outside most days enjoying the Florida Sunshine.
